Jeff is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and has been a Presenter at many of NASP’s educational conferences. Jeff is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney.

Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1988. He became a member of the Florida Bar in 1989 and is admitted to practice before the United Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the United States District Court and the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida in the State of Florida. Jeff is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney and a Florida Super Lawyer.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1994 and her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1997 and became a member of the Florida Bar in 1997. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United State District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Jennifer is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association.

Cathy earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in 1983 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 1992. She became a member of the Florida Bar in 1992 and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United State District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Joe earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center in 2001. He became a member of the Florida Bar and New Jersey Bar in 2001 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 2012. Joe is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Melissa earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 1999 and her Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College of Law in 2004. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United State District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Melissa is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and is a frequent presenter at NASP webinars and educational conferences.

Linda earned her undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 2011 and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Board College of Law where she graduated summa cum laude in 2014 and became a member of the Florida Bar in 2014. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United State District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.
